Since October 7, 2023, the zionist military offensive on Gaza has not only resulted in the mass killing of civilians — including thousands of children — but has also systematically targeted journalists, silencing those who dared to document the horror. 🎙️ Journalism Under Fire
From the very first week of the war, journalists in Gaza became targets. With communications blackouts, airstrikes on press offices, and no safe zones, Gaza became the most dangerous place in the world for journalists.

- Press vests and vehicles clearly marked “PRESS” being hit by drones and sniper fire
- Entire press towers reduced to rubble, including Gaza’s Shorouk and Jalaa towers
